What data we process
The data you enter in the quote request form: name, phone number, email (optional), the type of work requested, the type, size and location of the property, preferred start, your message and uploaded photos, plus your chosen contact method and the website language.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to prepare the survey and quote you request and to contact you. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract at your request) and Article 6(1)(a) (consent).
How long we keep it
If no contract is signed, we keep your data for up to 12 months from your request and then delete it. If a contract is signed, for the period required by accounting and civil law.
Who has access
Only our staff. The website hosting provider ([KITÖLTENDŐ: tárhelyszolgáltató neve, címe, e-mail]) and our email provider act as data processors. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. To hide the language suggestion we use your browser’s local storage (localStorage), which contains no personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time using the contact details above.
Complaints
